Sign in to your Ventra account and open the Partner tab. The form is short. There is no fee and no minimum.

Approved partners get a code and a link. A click on your link stays credited to you for 30 days.
Share it
Send it to colleagues, labs and research teams who already buy materials like these. They get 10% off. You are credited automatically.
Get paid automatically
Commission clears 14 days after the order, then goes out on its own. Deposits usually arrive the next business day.

Tested batch by batch, by a third party
Batches are sent to an independent analytical lab. Identity, purity and fill weight are measured against what the label says, and the result is recorded per batch rather than per product. Testing one lot and reusing the certificate for the next one is not the same thing, and we do not do it.
Certificates you can read before you send anyone
The full certificate library is public at the COA library, and every size shows its own certificate rather than borrowing a sibling size. Read the numbers yourself before you recommend anything.
Cold chain and tracking as standard
Orders ship cold with tracking, and the tracking number reaches the customer without them having to ask for it. Anything you refer is handled the same way your own order would be.
Research use only, said plainly
Ventra sells to qualified researchers aged 21 and over, for laboratory research use. That is stated on the site, at the gate and at checkout, in the same words every time. You are never in the position of explaining away a claim we made.

If you introduce another partner
If a colleague you introduced joins and starts earning, you receive 5% of their commission. One level only, and it stops there. This part is settled by hand rather than by the automatic payout, so it shows in your dashboard as To be sent until we send it.

The things partners ask before they apply.
When do I get paid?
Commission is held for 14 days after the order so the return window can pass. After that it is released and sent to you automatically, with no request or invoice from your side.
Cleared commission lands in your Stripe account immediately and is paid out to your bank automatically, usually reaching you the next business day. Balances under $25 are held and roll into the next payout rather than being sent on their own.
How is my commission calculated?
It is 20% of what the customer actually paid, after their 10% discount comes off. Shipping and tax are excluded. On a $100 order the customer pays $90 and you earn $18.
What does the person I refer get?
10% off their order. They enter your code at checkout and the discount applies straight away. It works on their first order and on their reorders.
How long does a referral stay credited to me?
30 days from the click. The first partner link a visitor clicks is the one that gets credited, and it stays yours for the whole window even if they take their time deciding.
Can I use my own code on my own order?
Not your partner code. It does not pay commission on your own orders, by design. You are given a separate personal code for your own purchases instead. It carries the discount and earns nothing, which keeps your own buying clearly separate from what you refer.
What happens if an order is refunded?
The commission on the refunded amount is reversed, in proportion to what was refunded rather than all or nothing. If it had already been paid to you, the reversal nets against your next payout. Nothing is ever clawed back out of your bank account.
Do I need a business to join?
No. You can join as an individual. Payouts run through Stripe, which collects the identity, bank and tax details it needs during a short setup step inside your partner dashboard. Ventra never holds your bank details.
