All Ventra Sciences research peptides are synthesized in the United States at our U.S. lab partner. Batches are sent to independent laboratories for analysis, and we publish the laboratory’s own certificate, lot by lot, on our COA page. Every certificate we publish reports identity and purity; many also carry endotoxin, content and microbial screens. You can read any of them in the COA library before you order. For research use only - not for human or veterinary use.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at -20C for long-term storage. Once reconstituted, peptides should be stored at 2-8C (refrigerator) and used within 30 days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles and keep away from direct light.

Certified batches are tested by an independent laboratory and the Certificate of Analysis for that exact lot is published on our COA page - including the measured purity. We publish the certificate rather than a blanket purity claim, so you can read the real number for the batch you receive.

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders placed before 12 PM CST on a business day are shipped the same day. Every order ships tracked, and you get the tracking number by email as soon as it leaves us. Most domestic orders arrive within 2-5 business days.

All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging with no external branding. Products are carefully packed with appropriate insulation and cold packs when necessary to maintain product integrity during transit.

We accept all major credit and debit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover - as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. Payments are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection; your full card number never reaches our servers.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
