Common questions.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from your account. Your membership stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for and does not renew after that. Points you have already earned stay in your balance.
What does a multiplier mean?
Every account earns one point per dollar of product subtotal, redeemable as store credit. A multiplier applies on top: at 2.5× the same order earns two and a half times what a free account would earn. Shipping, fees and tax are not part of the subtotal on any tier.
What if I change tier?
Points already in your balance are yours and are not repriced. A multiplier only ever applies to orders placed while that tier is active.
Is membership required to order?
No. Everything in the catalogue is available to any verified account, and the free plan keeps one point per dollar and free shipping over $250. Membership changes your points rate and your shipping, and nothing else.
Ventra products are sold for research use only, to qualified researchers aged 21 or over. Membership is a commercial arrangement about pricing, shipping and access. Nothing here should be read as guidance about use.
