Ventra Sciences — Refund Policy

Because Ventra Sciences sells research-use-only (RUO) laboratory compounds, our policy is designed around product integrity and regulatory compliance. Please read carefully before ordering.
General Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or misuse. We do not accept returns on opened, partially used, reconstituted, or temperature-sensitive compounds. This is standard across the research-chemical industry and protects all customers from contaminated or tampered product re-entering stock.
Replacements (Transit Damage Only)
Our policy is limited to one-time replacements for products damaged in transit only. All damage claims must include photographic evidence submitted within 48 hours of delivery and are subject to review. We allow one replacement per customer per order. Reconstituted products are not eligible for replacement.
How to Request a Replacement
Email support@ventrasciences.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will respond within 1 business day. Approved replacements are dispatched once the claim is verified.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Order modifications and cancellations must be requested within one (1) hour of order placement; thereafter orders enter fulfillment and cannot be changed or canceled.
Non-Eligible Circumstances
- Change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or dissatisfaction
- Reconstituted, opened, or partially used products
- Products used or handled in a manner outside the RUO intended purpose
- Damage claims made more than 48 hours after delivery or without photographic evidence
- Issues caused by an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
- Use of mail-forwarding services or freight forwarders
