Shipping & Returns Policy

This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and handled after delivery for purchases made through Ventra Sciences (“Ventra Sciences,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By placing an order, you agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions and any Research Use Only disclosures shown on the Site.

1Order Processing & Estimated Delivery

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received and any order verification is completed.

After shipment, delivery commonly takes 2–3 business days depending on carrier service and destination. All timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Ventra Sciences is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, incorrect or incomplete shipping details, or inspections by customs or other authorities.

2Carriers & Tracking

Orders ship via FedEx 2-Day cooled temperature shipping for reliable, trackable delivery. Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.

3Risk of Loss / Delivery Responsibility

Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the package is tendered to the carrier.

We are not responsible for packages that are marked delivered by the carrier but are lost, stolen, or inaccessible after delivery. You are responsible for selecting a secure delivery location.

4International Shipping

If international shipping is offered, the buyer is solely responsible for complying with import/export rules, paying any duties or taxes, and ensuring the shipment is permitted in the destination country. We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or seizures by customs or regulatory authorities. Orders refused or seized by customs are not eligible for refund.

5Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges, except where required by applicable law.

Orders may not be canceled once processing has started or once the order has shipped.

6Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To request review, include:

  • Order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

Do not discard the original packaging until your request has been reviewed. If a replacement is approved, we may require additional documentation or return instructions. Any corrective action is determined at our discretion, to the extent permitted by law.

7Address Accuracy & Returned Packages

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or returned shipments caused by incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to sender, reshipment may require additional postage and handling fees.
