Domestic Shipping Only
We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally and do not ship to freight forwarders or mail-forwarding services. Orders placed using a mail-forwarder address may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.
Processing & Carrier
Orders placed before 12 PM CST on business days are typically processed and dispatched the same business day. Orders ship via temperature-controlled, trackable carriers. A signature may be required on delivery.
Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer when the product is handed to the carrier. Ventra Sciences is not liable for carrier delays, weather, or delivery exceptions outside our control.
Address Accuracy
Buyers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for losses caused by an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
